Non-Refundable Items

3. Clearance items: Any items that are marked as clearance, final sale, or as-is cannot be returned. These items are sold at a discounted price and are considered final purchases.                                                                     
4. Downloadable or digital products: Any products that are delivered electronically, such as ebooks, software, or digital music, cannot be returned. These products are delivered immediately and cannot be retrieved once they have been downloaded.                                                 
5. Food or perishable items: Any food or perishable items, such as fruits, vegetables, meats, or dairy products, cannot be returned. These items are subject to spoilage and cannot be resold.                                                      
6. Hazardous materials or chemicals: Any items that contain hazardous materials or chemicals, such as cleaning products, paint, or pesticides, cannot be returned. These items may be dangerous to handle or dispose of, and must be used or disposed of according to the manufacturer's instructions.
